Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve – Birdwatcher’s Paradise

Description

Established in 1976 to protect Nepal’s last remaining population of Arna (wild water buffalo), this reserve lies in the floodplains of the Sapta (seven) Koshi River in eastern Nepal.
